My Teaching Style
I offer a breath-centered, alignment-based flow for students of all backgrounds and levels of experience. I love empowering students to discover their innate potential, guiding them toward the wisdom of yoga to feel more grounded, centered, and self-aware.
I became hooked on yoga when I noticed that the physical practice made me feel not only lighter in body, but also lighter in mind. Yoga helps me move through the world with less judgement and more compassion for all beings.
I live in Brooklyn with my husband and baby daughter. Guilty pleasures include chocolate and The Bachelor.
